Pratt-Abbott Dry Cleaning Stores – Dry cleaning is where we started in 1944. We still provide store and home delivery service in southern Maine. While the national brand X's are without in house dry-cleaning, dry-cleaning is a major part of what we do. Our dry cleaning capabilities and finish quality help set us apart.
Pratt-Abbott Dry Cleaning Home Delivery – For both residential and business customers. We pick up personal laundry your bag and return your clothes to you professionally cleaned and ready to wear according to your delivery schedule. We provide service for everything from silks to suits. Each week dirty clothes are picked up in the bag we provide and returned professionally cleaned on a schedule that works best for them.
Pratt-Abbott Uniform & Linen Rental Services – Our Uniform division offers full service uniform & linen rental services in northern New England. Our specialty is customers with larger and more complex uniform and apparel needs. Our uniform division delivers one source service for everything from basic industrial uniforms to premium image wear. We provide quality institutional brands like "Chef Works" and "Reed" to top premium brands such as Adidas & Champion.
Pratt-Abbott offers "dry clean finishing" to help your staff look great. For the past 11 years we have been one of the fastest growing cleaners in in New England. However we have no plans to become the "biggest", just the "best".
Pratt-Abbott is the Environmentally Responsible choice for handling your laundry needs. Due to our technologically advanced equipment, using our service actually reduces gas, electricity and water consumption compared to using typical washers and dryers. In addition to uniforms Pratt-Abbott also offers mat and towel rental, specialty cleaning services and hazardous waste reducing textile alternatives.
For the past decade Pratt-Abbott has grown by harmonizing in concert the capabilities of each of our divisions in one whole symphony for the benefit of our customers. We are a little different from a typical laundry or uniform rental service.
